We had an amazing Christmas getaway! The property was stunning, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The enclosed garden was perfect for our kids and dog to run freely without any worries. The hot tub was a highlight, offering privacy and a stunning view. Inside the pod, the big glass door let in plenty of sunlight, creating a cozy atmosphere. The spacious bathroom had a great shower, and we loved that we could shower the kids at the same time. The location was fantastic, with a few good places to walk the dog and a rocky beach nearby where we spent quality time with the kids. The hosts were exceptional, with Tracey and Jerry being kind and accommodating to us and our dog.
The only downside we encountered was a slight lingering smell of dogs, but as it is a dog-friendly pod, it can't always be helped.

The cabin decor was beautifully done and the cleanliness was impressive. the owners had thoughtfully provided little touches like local maps and games for entertainment. the fenced-in garden was a plus for our dog.
The hot tub water was dirty and the fridge was not cold enough, which resulted in spoiled food. We were also bothered by flies in the room throughout the night and there were no toiletries provided.

Our stay was excellent, and the kids really enjoyed it; Tracey was the best host ever, and the location was great, close to the fields, the garden.

The hostess, Tracy, provided thoughtful and inviting details. The location was conveniently close to Wigtown and Galloway Forest Park. The cabin had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including board games, books, and DVDs. The fresh eggs and jam were delicious. The hot tub and views were amazing. Would happily return.

For the price, we really got our money's worth with a cozy and well-equipped room. The location was perfect, with breathtaking views and peaceful surroundings. The staff, especially Tracey and Jerry, were incredibly kind and made us feel right at home.
The hotel breakfast menu could use a bit more variety.

Excellent location off A75, tranquil with hill sunrise view. Well-equipped, little extras like bread, milk, eggs, flowers. Met by Tracey despite bad weather. Snug and cosy with lovely sound of rain on roof. Balcony, chairs, fire pit a great addition. Shop/book share and play area. Made family visit easy and relaxed. Would stay for a proper holiday.

We had a fantastic stay at the pod. The enclosed garden was a lovely addition, perfect for our family. The hosts, Tracey and her husband, were incredibly kind and helpful. They even offered us the use of their own hot tub when there was a small issue with the one in the pod. We were also delighted to find fresh eggs and jam provided, along with plenty of information about the local area. Despite a few minor hiccups with the hot tub and fridge temperature, our overall experience was highly enjoyable. We can't wait to come back! I would definitely recommend this place.
